Rental Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to rent attire from Just Legal Attire. By placing a rental order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Account Registration: To rent items, you may need to create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Rental Period

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Delivery Date: We strive to deliver items by the specified delivery date. However, delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control. Just Legal Attire is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery.

Return Process

Return Instructions: Return the item using the pre-paid return label provided with your order. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Late Returns: If you return the item after the agreed-upon return date, you may be charged a late fee of $10.00 per day until the item is received.

Damaged or Missing Items: You are responsible for the care of the rented item during the rental period. If the item is returned damaged, stained, or missing, you may be charged a repair or replacement fee up to the full retail value of the item.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your rental order up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this timeframe may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations or security deposits will be processed within 3 days of the cancellation or return of the item.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Legal Attire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your rental of our attire or accessories. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Just Legal Attire and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your rental of our attire or violation of these Rental Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Rental Terms & Conditions and your rental of our attire shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Just Legal Attire operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Rental Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued rental of our attire after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
